you have had a waterproof boat cover you will also need to take care of it. The waterproof boat cover needs to be washed regularly. It is also important to pay close attention to the wear and tear of your cover, checking regularly for rips tears and decay. You may need to also check into restoring the waterproof qualities of the cover to keep your boat from undue problems due to water.

There are a few options for keeping an older waterproof boat cover effective. On way is to continue to use the same boat cover and put a waterproof tarp over the top. This is a fairly inexpensive fix but there are things to keep in mind.
